  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Title: Systems Analyst / Business Analyst IT L2

Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid- Less than 60%)

Duration: 12 + Months with possibility of an extension

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • BA/BS or master’s degree in management information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent working experience.
  • 6+ years of experience working in the IT landscape with a strong focus on Systems Analysis/Business Systems Analysis.
  • Proven experience delivering features in complex multi-team environments with dependencies.
  • Experience producing technical documents such as system requirements specifications (SRS) and system design specifications.
  • Advanced ability to develop and update technical design specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, architecture documents, and deployment plans.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking ability, with advanced skills in Excel, pivot tables, charting, and databases.
  • Experience integrating systems with other software applications, databases, and APIs.
  • Working knowledge of software engineering, software development, solution architecture, and implementation of medium to large-scale systems across multiple platforms.
  • Must be capable of understanding customer data management platforms, data governance, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, support decision-making processes, and present complex technical information clearly.
  • Experience with Agile delivery processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, portfolio prioritization, and accountability.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in working hands-on with both Confluence and Jira.
