Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists and recruiters.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, with leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
