Job Description:

The IT Systems Manager at Rebecca Rose Fine Portraits will oversee all technology-related operations within the company. As a critical member of a small but rapidly growing team, this role involves providing comprehensive IT support while driving innovation through automation and technology enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse IT skillset, capable of independently managing multiple functions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience in startups or rapidly expanding organizations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. IT Support & Infrastructure
  • Set up, configure, and maintain employee computers, software, and hardware.
  • Manage network infrastructure, Wi-Fi systems, and server operations.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to staff across all studios and remote teams.
  1. Account Access & Security
  • Manage employee access to various software platforms and systems.
  • Ensure proper security protocols are followed to protect company data and systems.
  • Implement and maintain identity management solutions, including user onboarding and offboarding.
  1. Automation & API Integration
  • Develop and maintain workflow automations across different platforms to streamline operations.
  • Create and manage API connections between internal systems and third-party tools for seamless integration and data flow.
  1. Database Management
  • Set up, manage, and optimize company databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for database issues as needed.
  1. Technology Strategy
  • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new technology solutions that support business growth and scalability.
  • Research and recommend cost-effective solutions to improve IT operations and system performance.
  1. Rapid Scaling
  • Work closely with leadership to build scalable IT systems and processes that support the company s growth trajectory, including the opening of new studios.
  • Ensure all IT systems can support company expansion, from network management to employee onboarding.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of IT experience, preferably in a startup or rapidly growing company.
  • Strong experience with computer setup, system administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience managing automations, APIs, and workflow integrations.
  • Familiarity with database management and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure and security best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with remote teams or in multi-location environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automating tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
