Former Banking is required.
Facilitates and supports agile methodology. Provides team level mentoring on scrum framework and scaled agile framework. Assists product owner to manage the product backlogs in order to make them ready for the next sprint. Responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings. Helps with team level preparation for program increment planning and execution. Certified Scrum Master with 3 to 5 yrs+ experience, Expert Knowledge of Agile Scrum Methodology, Detail Oriented, Strong Communication skills, Hands-on experience with Jira for work planning and tracking
SAFe Experience, PI Planning, Exposure to CI/CD practices
