  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Client seeks a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The selected candidate will work closely with the LAUSD project team to manage and support various tasks related to low-voltage system projects, including LAN, WLAN, VOIP/PA, surveillance systems, and intrusion detection systems. This role requires strong communication, task management, and problem-solving skills to ensure the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Track and complete project-related tasks such as change orders, Requests for Clarification (RFCs), and other documentation in a timely manner.
  2. Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, team members, and management, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Collaborate with the project manager to maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines and key milestones are met.
  4. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact the project's success.
  5. Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
  6. Track project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  7. Address and resolve project-related issues and challenges promptly and efficiently to keep the project on track.
  8. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to stakeholders.
  9. Provide administrative support to the project manager by scheduling meetings, managing project files, assisting with procurement, and reviewing estimates/proposals.
  10. At least 2 years of experience working with low-voltage systems such as LAN, WLAN, VOIP/PA systems, surveillance systems, and intrusion detection systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with the educational environment and school-related projects.
  • Experience in a similar role working on infrastructure or IT projects.
