Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Oracle OM & AR Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, specifically in the Order Management and Accounts Receivable modules. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle OM and AR modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements for order management and accounts receivable processes.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement within existing processes and recommend enhancements leveraging Oracle functionalities.
  • Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test scenarios to validate system configurations and ensure user acceptance testing is thorough and complete.
  • Training & Support: Provide training to end-users on the OM and AR modules and offer ongoing support post-implementation to resolve issues.
  • Integration: Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between OM, AR, and other modules within Oracle EBS.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and IT, to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a functional consultant in Oracle EBS, specifically with Order Management and Accounts Receivable modules.
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and integration points within Oracle EBS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 is preferred.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus.
