Position Overview: The ServiceNow senior developer will play a critical role in the
development, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow FedRamp platform.
This role is responsible for creating custom workflows, integrations, and applications
during the client implementation phase and will also manage the platform s ongoing
maintenance and operations post-implementation. The senior developer will collaborate
with various teams to ensure solutions are functional, secure, and scalable.
WHAT YOU LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Key Responsibilities:
Recommending best solutions to automate existing and new functionality based
on ServiceNow offered applications and modules.
Activation and configuration of ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
Development of workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow
applications.
Development of ServiceNow custom applications from inception to completion to
automate and improve processes.
Working closely with customers to research, design, develop and deliver
innovative solutions to improve their business processes.
Assisting in the identification of best practices for development of new and
existing ServiceNow applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, systems
integration, and multiple platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful
delivery of ServiceNow project
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
Field. Degree requirement can be supported with 4+ additional professional
experiences
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow FedRamp implementation and platform
administration
Strong experience with ServiceNow for the following:
o Scripting, API, workflow automation
o Discovery of Enterprise Configuration Items (CI), categorizing the CIs into
their corresponding Business, Technical, or Application Services
o Leverage the installed ServiceGraph Connector for Azure and Cloud
Discovery to consume CIs
o Installation and configuration of the ServiceGraph Connector for AWS to
consume CIs
Proven experience implementing and configuring various ServiceNow modules
Hands-on experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration
protocols
Experience with complex helpdesk workflow design, data integration, and
platform governance
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with clients
and internal teams effectively
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and
Certified Implementation Specialist are preferred
