Senior NetSuite Developer

Key Skills & Certifications:

• NetSuite Certified Financial User (Preferred)
• Expertise in NetSuite Architecture/Design and reporting
• Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteFlex, SuiteTalk
• Familiarity with Cloud Concepts and ETL Concepts
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in NetSuite implementations
• 3-4 full NetSuite software implementations

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead NetSuite implementation efforts ensuring seamless customization and integration with various modules.
• Provide consultation and advice to stakeholders, helping them understand the full scope of NetSuite's capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite system architecture, roles, permissions, workflows, and core accounting functionality.
• Business Acumen: Full understanding of accounting processes such as General Ledger (GL), Profit Center, Cost Center, Legal Entity, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Fixed Asset, Cash Management, and Projects.
• Gathering Requirements: Work closely with business teams and implementation partners to gather business needs and create detailed documentation.
• Develop & Customize: Assist developers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing new software programs and enhancements.
• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring users understand NetSuite functionalities.
• Support integrations between NetSuite and other internal/external systems, documenting both functional and technical requirements.
• Data Management: Assist with data imports, exports, and integration using CSV, APIs, and other methods.
• Process Improvement: Design solutions to improve NetSuite product customization, integration, or operational performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and implementation partners on requirements and design.
• Create documentation such as job aids, training materials, and cut-over plans.
