Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong Oracle ERP background, particularly in Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance, for a multi-year, multi-phased implementation and stabilization program. The position is based in Atlanta, and the candidate is expected to be in the office most weekdays.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate large-scale Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Finance implementation projects.
  • Lead major projects, initiatives, or functional groups, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategies.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring clear resource allocation, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Guide transformation programs and system integrations based on client priorities.
  • Oversee the customization and configuration of Oracle Fusion Finance modules, ensuring alignment with organization-specific processes (AP, AR, GL, reporting).
  • Execute test plans, troubleshoot, and address issues during the implementation phase.
  • Lead training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
  • Manage the change management process for smooth transition from legacy systems to Oracle ERP.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of the Finance module.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, finance teams, IT departments, and consultants to maintain alignment and facilitate smooth implementation.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Oracle ERP Expertise: 10 to 15 years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 5 years of Oracle Fusion implementation focusing on Finance and SCM.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills, capable of engaging with technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to resolve implementation challenges and improve system performance.
