Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst with 10-12 years of expertise, particularly in customer service processes, and exposure to SAP HANA.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes, implement solutions, and drive efficiency within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions, focusing on customer service operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements and business processes.
Design and configure SAP HANA solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support training initiatives for end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP systems, making recommendations for improvements.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, particularly in customer service and HANA.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive process improvements and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
10-12 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, with a focus on customer service.
Strong understanding of SAP modules related to customer service (e.g., SAP CRM, SAP C4C).
Experience with SAP HANA, including data modeling and analytics.
Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is a plus.
