  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Title - Network / IT Project Coordinator

Client: Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD)
Need 5-6 Years experience candidates
Description
The District seeks a firm that will perform the required work closely with LAUSD project team
members and perform the responsibilities below but not limited to:
Task Management: Tracking and completing various tasks in a timely manner such as change
orders, RFCs, and other project related documentation.
Communication: Serving as a liaison between project stakeholders, team members, and
management, facilitating effective communication.
Scheduling: Collaborating with the project manager maintaining project schedules, ensuring
deadlines and milestones are being met.
Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact
project success.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining project documentation, such as plans, reports, and
meeting minutes.
Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress, identifying deviations from the plan, and
implementing corrective actions.
Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving project issues and challenges in a timely and
efficient manner.
Reporting: Preparing regular project status reports for stakeholders, including key
performance indicators (KPIs).
Administrative and Project Support: Visiting school sites to perform job walks, inventories,
job start meetings etc. Providing administrative support to the project manager, such as but not
limited to scheduling meetings, managing project files, procurement of equipment, working
with various departments, reviewing estimates/proposals and processing invoices
