Summary

This role will support the Head of Social Media across a variety of social media marketing functions including the planning, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns. You will help to copywrite for and manage social media campaigns across platforms, including creating and managing editorial calendars.

You’ll collaborate closely with our brand, creative, paid and analytics teams to generate and optimize strategies to drive the best ROI for each campaign. The role will foster professional growth through applied experience in a dynamic organization.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in the B2B space on copywriting and/or social media campaigns and strategies
  • Experience managing editorial calendars, cross-channels campaigns, and social media writing is a must. Channels include Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Experience with social media publishing tools such as Sprinklr
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization SCOPE This position will report into the Digital Marketing and Demand Generation Team within PEXNA Marketing, which supports various business units within Panasonic including Eco Solutions, Industrial Devices, Consumer Electronics, Avionics, and more.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelors degree.

Key Areas

  • Creating content: Developing and creating content like articles, videos, and images that resonate with the target audience for platforms including Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube
  • Planning and scheduling: Planning the timing and frequency of posts, and using Sprinklr to post content in advance with correct UTMs and Campaign tags; manage creation and updating editorial calendar for different stakeholders
  • Engaging with the audience: Responding to comments, messages, and other forms of engagement
  • Analyzing data: Using data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify trends where applicable
  • Reporting: Producing reports that include insights and recommendations for future posting
  • Collaborating with others: Working closely with marketing teams and other stakeholders
  • Staying up to date: Researching industry trends and competitors' social media performance
  • Influencers: Supporting brand campaigns with content creators and influencers, ensuring reposting and scheduling of content.
