We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join on of our clients within the industrial manufacturing space. The Sr. Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Project Management team focusing on critical project aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Project Manager, with an emphasis on schedule management, cost control, field quality supervision, and maintaining documentation.
  2. Implement and manage the project’s document control system
  3. Utilize your expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, and Excel to create reports, monitor project milestones, and analyze data.
  4. Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring that stakeholders are kept up to date, and action items are logged.
  5. Ensure field activities are in line with the project plan by coordinating schedules, resources, and progress monitoring to meet budget and timeline goals.
  6. Manage project risks by identifying potential challenges and devising strategies to address them, such as safety issues, material delays, or schedule slips.
  7. Oversee document management processes, ensuring proper version control, storage, and access.
  8. Prepare periodic reports and summaries to inform stakeholders of project progress.
  9. Provide on-site quality control and support to the construction team, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and project standards.
  10. Act as a communication link between on-site teams and the broader project management team.
  11. Collaborate with the finance team to monitor and control earned value at the project site.
  12. Conduct routine safety and quality audits, reporting observations to management for corrective action.
  13. Ensure timely responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals, coordinating with appropriate stakeholders to address issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong commitment to safety throughout all aspects of the project.
  2. 7+ years of total experience in project management or related fields.
  3. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in fieldwork, operations, construction, or construction management.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  5. PMP certification is preferred.
  6. Familiarity with Navisworks 3D viewing software.
  7. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
