Position: Business Analyst
Client: Citibank
Location: NYC (100% Remote)
Experience: 6+ Years
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for various banking/financial initiatives.
• Analyze existing processes and systems to identify gaps, opportunities for improvement, and areas for automation.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals and financial regulations.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder alignment and understanding.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Conduct impact analysis for changes in existing processes or systems.
• Assist in the preparation of test cases, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated on financial regulatory changes and assess their impact on ongoing projects.

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking/financial services domain.
• Proficiency in business process modeling, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Experience working on large-scale, complex banking/financial projects.
• Ability to interpret data and work with data-related technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
