Our client, an internationally renowned non-profit dedicated to conserving the natural environment, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide a high-level of administrative support to the senior leadership team. The assignment requires a time commitment of at least 1 to 3 months. The position is hybrid in Washington DC.

Job Responsibilities

Calendar Management

  • Scheduling meetings across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Reserving conference rooms
  • Coordinating travel arrangements domestically and internationally
  • Setting up video conference calls
  • If needed, ordering catering

Writing/Research

  • Taking meeting notes
  • Drafting, editing, or proofreading correspondences, memos, or presentations
  • Gather materials needed for meetings to make sure deliverables are met

Other Duties

  • Manage contracts and budget
  • Process expenses
  • Ensure communication and collaboration throughout the office
  • Information-sharing between internal and external partners
  • Processing and handling mail
  • Monitoring and responding to emails
  • Maintaining files
  • Ad-hoc support to team members

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years administrative experience
  • At least 3 years supporting member of senior leadership
  • Ability to problem solve and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain full confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn new software and technology
  • Detail oriented, team player
  • Quick learner who is capable of working independently and making decisions

Pay Range: $38 - $41 per hour based on experience.
