The Corporate Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will play a key role in developing our employees' skills, enhancing their performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs and learning initiatives for employees at all levels within the organization.
- Assess training needs across the organization and identify gaps in skills or knowledge.
- Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives and ensure they meet industry standards.
- Utilize various training methods, including in-person workshops, e-learning modules, on-the-job training, and interactive activities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect the latest industry practices, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and coach training coordinators or facilitators to ensure consistent and effective training delivery.
- Stay current with trends in the learning and development field and recommend new training tools and techniques to enhance employee development.
- Manage training schedules, track attendance, and maintain detailed training records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications in Learning and Development is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in learning and development, training supervision, or a related role, preferably in the manufacturing or healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
- Experience with e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and training software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt training content to different learning styles.
