  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

StaffBright is currently seeking a Claims Manager, in Ferndale Michigan to lead a team and oversee the daily operations of the claims department. This role requires strong communication skills, insurance industry expertise, and the ability to make informed decisions on claim approvals or denials.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Leading a team and making decisions on claim approvals or denials based on policy.
  • Managing and improving daily claims operations.
  • Ensuring all claims are reviewed, processed, and resolved efficiently.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.

What We Need From You:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 5-15 years of experience in insurance claims, with a background in Self-Funded or Fully Insured Health Plans.
  • Strong communication skills with experience leading and mentoring teams.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite Monday through Friday.
