  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Business Analyst to join our team! This role focuses on Benefits quality assessment, Risk assessment, and Data platform development, playing a key part in the success of our healthcare client s data platform.

Key Skills: Business Analyst, Data Analyst, SQL, Tableau, Healthcare, Agile, Jira, Good Communication, Stakeholder, Documentation (BRD, FRD, TDD) etc.

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements for healthcare data platforms.
Create technical documentation (current/future state, gap analysis, data flow diagrams, etc.).
Collaborate with development teams for seamless implementation.
Participate in Agile processes for delivering product increments.
Analyze data and write SQL queries to support data-driven insights.
Conduct UAT, implementation planning, and system enhancements.
Develop strategic partnerships with business units to align project goals.

Requirements:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

5+ years in healthcare business analysis.
Proficiency in SQL and databases like SQL Server, MySQL.
Experience with Tableau and report building.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
