The Consumer, Product, Brand & Marketplace Operations (CPBM) team exists to drive Nike's success by harnessing data, digital capabilities, and process excellence to deliver world-class products to consumers worldwide. Who You'll Work With

As a key member of Central Operations within CPBM Operations, you'll collaborate with Nike's Consumer Operations Teams (Men's, Women's, Kids'), Functional Operations Teams (Footwear, Apparel, Design), Technology partners, and Central Operations teams (Portfolio Management, Change Management, and Learning & Development). Together, you'll drive revolutionary changes in Nike's merchandising and product creation operations, playing a critical role in shaping the future of the company.

Who We Are Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned professional with a unique blend of business acumen, program management expertise, and leadership skills. As a creative problem-solver with a passion for delivering results, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, driving complex programs forward and achieving exceptional outcomes.

  • Bachelor's degree required in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 9+ years of professional experience in Business, IT, or equivalent
  • 6+ years of portfolio, program management, and/or project management leadership experience; PMP certification preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering large, complex programs
  • Expertise in complex problem-solving, process development, and fact-based decision making
  • Strong consensus-building and influencing skills, with experience working across diverse teams
  • Experience in highly matrixed work environments, with comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Excellent communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring, and leadership skills
  • Experience in product creation a plus

What You'll Work On

As a Program Governance specialist, you'll play a dual role to elevate program management excellence and deliver strategic initiatives.

Program Management Excellence: You will lead the program management team's continuous improvement efforts, establishing standard ways of working and best-in-class methodologies. You will partner with leaders across Central Operations to drive consistency in governance processes, enabling strategic alignment, prioritization, and visibility.

  • Develop and implement tools and processes to manage CPBM Ops programs
  • Establish standard expectations and deliverables for CPBM Ops Program Managers
  • Drive consistency in governance processes across the team
  • Partner with leaders to enable strategic alignment and prioritization
  • Implement best-in-class program management methodologies aligned to Nike's internal ways of working

Deliver Strategic Initiatives: You will partner with business leaders to create, manage, and track value delivery on assigned initiatives. You will lead and execute all aspects of program management, including scope, schedule, budget, capacity, risks, and dependencies.

  • Manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Develop and execute program plans, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Partner with change management and learning development to ensure successful activation and adoption
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues, delivering status reporting to stakeholders
