About The Team

Finance and accounting at Clari forms the backbone of strategic decision-making by employing rigorous analysis, relevant reporting, and sound financial management. We support Clari’s profitable growth and empower every department to optimize their operations in service of running revenue for all B2B companies.

About The Role

Clari is looking for someone a finance whiz to lead our Corporate FP&A team. Finance at Clari is responsible for mapping Clari’s financial plan, monitoring performance, and partnering with the business to achieve and exceed those plans. This is an opportunity to join Clari at a critical stage of growth, as we build on our business momentum and smartly invest growth funding from our investors. You will need the ability to communicate at all levels and have a knack for distilling complex issues and processes to simple models and frameworks to help your executive clients better manage their businesses. You will be a champion of driving technology and scale initiatives to remove bottlenecks from our processes.

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the company financial planning, including budgets, long-range plan & quarterly rolling forecast
  • Partner with Strategy & Operations on company cadence, and integration of financial, strategic and operational planning
  • Administer our financial planning tool Pigment, inclusive of three statement modeling and cross-functional business modeling
  • Own finance processes such as consolidated headcount, expense planning, budget vs actuals, and vendor approvals
  • Participate in strategic data analysis, research and modeling such as company benchmarking that informs company capital allocations
  • Be the primary contact for board and investor reporting around plans and key financial metrics
  • Partner with BizApps and Analytics to build scalable, consistent reporting across the organization
  • Drive cross functional preparation of management reports - analyzing financial results, synthesizing key trends, and communicating key messages to senior management
  • Partner to G&A and People leadership teams on financial and operational planning, inclusive of consolidated headcount, recruiting capacity, and global assumptions
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a high performing team that partners effectively with their stakeholders
  • Oversee month end close, prepare and distribute reporting packages



Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A or other financial and/or analytical roles, with 3+ years of people management experience
  • Knowledge and skill with corporate planning tools (Pigment preferred) and financial systems (Netsuite) desired
  • Expertise in GAAP, accounting principles and ability to translate that to three statement modeling
  • Fluency with SaaS metrics, business models and ability to explain to both senior and cross functional audiences

It is Clari’s intent to pay all Clarians competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable. The goal of Clari’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay and grow at Clari.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.

The salary range for this position is $200,000 to $265,000. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends
