Brief Description

Salary range: $75,000- $90,000

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join our innovative marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in both video editing and graphic design, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media. In this role, you will create engaging, on-brand content that supports our brand, vision and goals. Proficiency in standard design software such as Adobe suite and others comparable programs with a deep understanding of visual aesthetics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members throughout the organization and clients are essential.

This position will manage multiple projects simultaneously, will need to work within tight deadlines, and continually strive to enhance the quality and impact of our creative needs. Your work will be instrumental in elevating our brand's presence with internal and external audience across digital platforms, including social media, websites, internal communications, and sales and marketing campaigns. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, Design and Execute

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for various platforms.
• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Support in the evolution of our branding guidelines and visual assets
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Continuously improve video and graphic design skills.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software.
• Review and make necessary adjustments to final products.
• Maintain an organized library of digital assets.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and internal communications.
• Ensure all content is optimized for various digital platforms.
• Edit raw footage into polished final products.
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts for projects.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain a high level of creativity, professionalism and innovation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Certificate in Graphic Design, Video Production, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design skills.
• Excellent understanding of visual aesthetics and storytelling.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Experience with color grading and sound design.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their requirements.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and make improvements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of video formats and compression techniques.
• Experience with 3D design and animation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot software issues.
