Applications Dev & Test - Web Developer 4

Pay range for this role is $54-69 per hour.
Candidate Location Requirements: Remote
Daily Schedule & OT estimate: M - F 40 hours, core business hours between 7AM and 7PM.
Equipment or Software Required: Supplier-provided Windows 11 capable laptop is required. Access to Power BI. Resource will require CorpNet access and email accounts.
Motivators for this need: This role has been opened due to the need to backfill a position after a change in structure.
There is an opportunity to transition to a full-time employee role based on performance.
Resource can start as soon as background check is cleared, and PO approved.
Typical Day in the Role:
Purpose of the Team: To make improvements to procedures, processes, and tooling, focusing on harvesting and analyzing data to meet OKRs and KPIs.
Key projects: Extracting and analyzing data, creating Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, and SharePoint solutions, and supporting the team in meeting specific metrics and improving operations.
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of approximately 20% meetings (including one-on-ones and team support meetings) and 80% focused on execution tasks such as coding, data extraction, and creating dashboards and tools.
Candidate Requirements:
Years of Experience Required: 5+ overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: A degree is not a strict requirement, but having a degree in a related field like Computer Science is considered a plus.
Disqualifiers: Candidates with a history of jumping around multiple jobs within a short time frame will not be eligible for the role.
Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain experience with Power Apps, Power BI, Kusto, and SharePoint. Data center experience, which is considered a huge plus.
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines.
Hard Skills Assessments:
Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled between 10/23 and 11/1.
The assessment process will be held via Teams without video.
