Position Title: Actimize Engineer
Employment Type: W2 Contract to Hire
Location: Fully Remote

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Actimize Engineer to join our team, focusing on fraud detection and risk mitigation across the bank. This position supports critical enterprise fraud platform initiatives and requires a candidate with strong expertise in Actimize products and a proactive approach to learning new technologies. You will play a pivotal role in developing custom modules, handling post-production support, and collaborating across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on various Nice Actimize products such as SAM, AIS, RCM, and ActOne.
  • Design and develop new modules using Actimize Modeler to track and alert on fraud or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) activities.
  • Install, configure, and customize Actimize products (SAM, RCM, AIS), ensuring solutions meet business needs.
  • Create new alert types, drill-down queries, and workflows using RCM.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, handling post-production support, problem-solving, and change management.
  • Lead requirements management, sprint closures, and enhancements using tools such as JIRA.
  • Collaborate with multiple channels across the bank, focusing on supporting cybersecurity fraud initiatives.
  • Maintain a proactive, assertive approach in learning and mastering new technologies, averaging 2-3 new technologies annually.

Must-Have Technical Skills/Experience:

  • Proficiency in Actimize IFM-4, AIS (versions up to 4.32, 4.34), RCM (versions up to 4.15), and ActOne (versions up to 6.5, 6.6).
  • Strong background in Agile environments and experience with Java, SQL, and JIRA for project management and development.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle 19c, Linux RHEL 8.x, Apache (8, 9.x), and SQL.
  • Proven leadership skills in guiding teams and projects.

Soft Skills:

  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, consistent approach to personal and team learning.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree preferred, though relevant experience is more important.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Actimize development and implementation.
