Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and various internal/external systems. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services API.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Workday Integrations: Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday integration tools.
  • Monitor and Troubleshoot Integrations: Regularly monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data is transferred accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, HR, payroll, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure integration solutions meet business needs.
  • Optimize Integration Processes: Identify opportunities to optimize current integrations for better performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data flowing between Workday and external systems.
  • Documentation and Testing: Create detailed technical documentation for all integrations and perform unit and system testing before deploying to production environments.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all integrations comply with security and data privacy standards and regulations.
  • Support System Upgrades: Assist with integration adjustments during Workday system upgrades and new feature releases.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Workday integration development, including hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Workday APIs.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPATH, SOAP, REST, and JSON technologies.
  • Workday Expertise: Deep understanding of Workday HCM, security configurations, and Workday's business process framework.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented: Attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple integrations simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Workday Certification: Workday Integration Certification is a plus.
  • Cloud Integration Experience: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of HRIS Systems: Familiarity with other HRIS platforms or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
