About This Opportunity


JOB SUMMARY: Understand and be able to Analyze, Process, research, and resolve problems related to specific request submissions (schedule changes, new stores, pattern changes, new store set-up, new vendor set-up, Check Master, vendor changes) utilizing all supporting systems. Collaborate, train and coach across cross funcational teams. Manage processes and improve data set-up in the UAT environment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Process and create request submissions (schedule changes, new stores, pattern changes, new store set-up, new vendor set-up, Check Master, vendor changes) utilizing all supporting systems Be able to support and fill-in for Data analysts and Senior Data analyst when needed. Create new Processes and improve current ones in UAT to improve Efficiency and quality of set-up to support testing in the UAT environment. Communicate clearly issues found during analysis using emails, and during phone and meeting conversations. Collaborate with appropriate business units to resolve issues with data in the test and production environment. Resolve complex problems given limited information in a time sensitive environment. Demonstrate expert-level knowledge on all ancillary systems and the impact of incorrect maintenance on interdependent systems and processes. Perform cross-functional activities including maintenance and/or research using ancillary systems. Proactively manage assigned tasks on a daily basis with minimal supervision in order to meet the specific deadlines. Act as a Help Desk for UAT and production environment and provide guidance for a sucessful resolution. Proof all work processed to ensure 100% accuracy. Provide general administrative support. Perform other responsibilities as required by management (i.e. scan sheets, temporary calendars)
