Sr Streaming Engineer (JAVA, KAFKA, Capital Markets)

Title: Sr Streaming Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term Contract

We are looking at candidates as per below order of priority

Experience level: 12-17 Years experience.

Strong Kafka streaming experience with Capital markets domain experience (Risk/Options/Clearing)

Strong Kafka Streaming experience with BFSI domain

Strong Kafka Streaming Experience with any domain.

Need Architect level candidates with exceptional communication skills, they need to work without supervision and hands on with Coding.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Hands-on development experience in Java 8/11 (Stream API, Multi-threading, Collections. Profiling) / JEE and Spring MVC / Spring Boot

Low-latency, high throughput experience using Kafka and NoSQL databases is ideal

Experience of writing applications for deployment on cloud environment

Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and preferably, Container Management software (Kubernetes)

Hand-on experience with Unit testing (Mockito)

Excellent communication skills

Financial services experience is a big plus
