Seeking candidates local to St. Louis, MO (or Morris Plains, NJ as a backup) ONLY.
This role provides expert leadership on complex Product Management projects, developing and directing programs to manage significant products or product categories. Responsibilities include evaluating market requirements and identifying enhancements to current features and functionality. You will establish strategies to manage the product lifecycle, interface with multiple departments to develop product specifications, and coordinate product launches and updates.
This position may lead projects or specific project steps within larger initiatives and holds accountability for ongoing objectives. Creativity, foresight, and judgment are essential in delivering initiatives. You will provide thought leadership in Product Management and contribute to broader business projects. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert, this role may also involve a blend of Product Management and Product Development responsibilities.
Additionally, this role manages all email and email-related vendor relationships, including responsibilities for QBRs, invoices, MSAs, and SOWs.
As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will coordinate email strategies for products or services, manage RFP processes for selecting enterprise email service providers (ESPs), and ensure all campaigns align with industry best practices. You will optimize email campaigns to improve delivery and open rates, maximize revenue opportunities, and develop content strategies to grow the subscriber list.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in email regulations, best practices, and compliance across various international regulatory regimes
- Experience using SQL or similar queries for data analysis
- Proficiency in data analytics to suggest improvements based on key metrics
- Strong written communication, proofreading, and editing skills
- Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Creative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and technical aptitude for utilizing databases and automation tools
- 5+ years of relevant experience
