Job Title: Veeva CTMS Integration Specialist

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term

Pay Rate starts from $65/hr

Job Overview:

Client has recently transitioned to managing their studies in-house by procuring the Veeva Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). The company is looking for a certified professional to integrate their existing systems (e.g., eTMF, EDC, MDM, Data Lake, etc.) with the new Veeva CTMS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of existing systems (e.g., eTMF, EDC, MDM, Data Lake) with the newly implemented Veeva CTMS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define integration strategies, and execute implementation plans.
  • Provide expert guidance on Veeva CTMS functionality, data migration, and systems architecture.
  • Design and implement dashboards on top of the integrated data from the Veeva CTMS and data lake.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues, ensuring data consistency and system performance.
  • Document integration processes and best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the system integration meets business needs and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Veeva CTMS Certification (preferred).
  • Proven experience working with Veeva CTMS, including system configuration and integration with third-party applications.
  • Hands-on experience with system integrations in pharmaceutical or clinical environments.
  • Strong understanding of clinical data management, eTMF, EDC, MDM, and data lake technologies.
  • Ability to work on large-scale system migration and integration projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
