The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the flow of materials and products throughout the supply chain, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of solar modules to our customers. This role involves coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and collaborating with various departments to optimize logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for sustainability.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Coordinates and manages the transportation of raw materials and finished products to and from manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and customers.

· Develops and maintains relationships with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

· Monitors and tracks shipments, providing updates and resolving any issues that arise during transit.

· Maintains accurate inventory records and assist in inventory management, including stock levels and reorder points.

· Collaborates with production and quality teams to align logistics operations with manufacturing schedules and quality standards.

· Prepares and processes shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and invoices.

· Analyzes logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

· Assists in developing logistics strategies to optimize costs and enhance efficiency across the supply chain.

· Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and company policies related to transportation and logistics.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

· Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

· Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

· Strong understanding of logistics principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.

· Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
