Role: Business Systems Analyst Lead

Duration: 5 months

Position Location: The manager has team members at two locations below. *Hybrid = 3 days in office
1. Hybrid Pittsburgh 2. Cleveland/Strongsville Hybrid 3. Remote

Summary:
The main function is to analyze science, engineering, business and all other data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems. A typical business systems analyst is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations.

Job Responsibilities:

Advise clients on requirements for the organization and translate those to programmers and developers.
Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed.
Advise clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.
Advise management on current system principles and necessary updates and recommendations.
Supervise the expansion or modification of system to serve new purposes or improve work flow.
Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed.
Train staff and users to work with computer systems and programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
o Familiar with process maps, governance docs, and can help with project documentation.
o Create and update internal documentation and process maps
o Develop comprehensive guides and FAQs for end-users to facilitation the migration to CDP Data Services (e.g., common issues, migration tasks, best practices)
o Assist in documenting any gaps identified during the migration process, ensuring clear action plans and solutions

Must Have Technical Skills:

Overall experience 6+ years
1. Demonstrated experience creating user-facing documentation supporting all levels of users low and high
2. Organization skills with process maps for internal documentation; mapping out how everything is presented to users, making it easy for users to find things.
3. Visio process maps, SharePoint, Confluence, PowerPoint, Word for sharing documentation

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
1. Worked with Hadoop or similar, familiar with the language.

Soft Skills:

1. Good organization skills
2. Excellent written communication skills and written presentations
