S4Hana Implementation Program Manager

You will a major transformation initiative involving SAP S/4 HANA deployment on a global scale. You ll oversee program execution, manage risks, and address potential gaps proactively, ensuring seamless issue resolution. This role requires collaborating with leadership, managing offshore teams, and driving alignment across stakeholders.

Location & Travel:

• Travel: 20%
• Preferred locations: Maryland (MD) or Illinois (IL)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to support high-impact business solutions.
• Manage budgeting, P&L, risks, and dependencies for SAP S4 HANA projects.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver transformation value and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and manage program plans, statements of work, milestones, and financial reports.
• Lead and coordinate multiple project managers and cross-functional teams to meet program goals.
• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive results.
• Facilitate offshore development operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment.
• Support change management efforts, leveraging tools and frameworks for smooth business transitions.

Essential Qualifications

• Expertise in large-scale SAP S/4 HANA transformation programs.
• Proven experience in operations transformation, systems integration, and program delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and align teams with program objectives.
• Experience mentoring teams and promoting shared learning.
• Excellent time management and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• C-level presence with the ability to articulate and present complex technical viewpoints.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, including MS Projects, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP HANA S/4 experience (Greenfield or Bluefield approach desired).
• PMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant transformation or consulting experience.
• Familiarity with Agile application development and deployment frameworks.
