V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Middleware and Integration Expert (Remote) for our premier client.

WHAT YOULL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications

• Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or middleware technologies.

Education and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in middleware and integration architecture, with a focus on cloud migration projects.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Experience working in Agile projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Middleware acts like the connective tissue between applications, data, and users.
• Proficiency in middleware from a product/technology perspective (i.e. JBoss)
• Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Create the training and support to team members on middleware and integration tools and best practices.
• Design, implement, and manage middleware solutions to facilitate integration between on-premises and cloud applications.
• Develop and execute integration strategies for migrating existing applications to the cloud while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute lift and shift migrations, ensuring that applications are optimized for cloud environments.
• Identify and resolve integration issues, providing support during and after the migration process.
• Have the ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, architecture, and best practices.
• For project support have the ability to monitor and optimize the performance of middleware and integration solutions to ensure efficiency and scalability post-migration.
• Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment and understanding of integration requirements.
