The Opportunity
This is a prominent collaborator and business product management role, crucial in ensuring the right product roadmap isidentified, scoped and prioritized to enable our business teams to capitalize on the $B opportunity ahead.

You will work hand in hand with our product and engineering teams to define a product-led roadmap that enables business teams to deliver revenue maximizing experiences, while increasing engineering efficiency and velocity. You will bridge cross functional business and engineering teams, critically coordinate the gathering of requirements, prioritize functionality, highlight dependencies, and ensure product commitments are completed on time.

Subject Matter Expert
  • Learn the Genuine business, strategic pillars, and how activities impact each part of the business and conversion funnel
  • Deep understanding of business drivers and internal technology platforms to drive product strategy, staying in tune with Adobe and industry trends that may influence business capabilities
  • Lead product development for large, technically sophisticated initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and scope products that enhance business capabilities and drive revenue-maximizing experiences

Description
  • Research, assess and develop strategy on product roadmaps to enable business and engineering execution
  • Meticulous in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of requirements documentation, with the ability to identify potential issues or risks and articulate alternative solutions
  • Make data-driven decisions to increase product performance and drive business growth
  • Build, maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to align, prioritize and define product roadmaps, ensuring timely execution to align with business initiatives
  • Provide bi-weekly, easily digestible leadership updates on enablement roadmaps, roadblocks, dependencies, and timelines with clearly identified impacts to the business

What you'll Do
  • Work with business leads and partners to produce strategic roadmaps and align Genuine resources accordingly
  • Establish a clear view/roadmap on tools and product enhancements to drive business capabilities; including detailed business requirements translated to technical specifications for product and engineering teams
  • Lead, guide and unify cross-functional teams to drive excellence in scoping and building products to accelerate business capabilities
  • Take ownership of conducting end-to-end assessments to define product iterations, from conceptualization through to implementation

What you need to succeed
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex information and distill it into clear and concise requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to successfully communicate with partners at all levels and document detailed requirements and decisions
  • Extraordinarily organized - able to remain highly organized in a loosely structured, fast-paced environment and independently lead work priorities
  • Curious and always looking to research and understand new subjects/technologies
  • Motivated, focused, and able to work autonomously with a distributed team across time zones
  • Located in the Bay Area and meet hybrid office requirements
  • BA or equivalent; focus in a technical or science a plus
  • Validated experience as Business Product Manager or similar role
  • Occasionally connect with distributed team leads across time zones two to three times per week

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $97,600 -- $189,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
