Job Overview

We are seeking a system engineer proficient in AWS and OpenShift or ROSA administration, with a solid foundation in DevOps practices, Helm Charts, and YAML. This role involves designing and optimizing infrastructure systems, troubleshooting network hardware issues, and supporting complex technical incidents. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure seamless integration and reliability of network solutions.

Candidate Needs to Have:
  • AWS: 3-5 years of experience
  • OpenShift or ROSA Administration: 3-5 years of strong administration skills
  • DevOps: 2-4 years of experience
  • Helm Charts & YAML: 2-4 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, test, implement, and optimize infrastructure systems.
  • Conceptualize and lead the design, architecture, and development of network infrastructure solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve level 1 network infrastructure hardware issues.
  • Use standard tools to analyze, identify, and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents.
  • Analyze performance problems and recommend solutions to improve reliability and usability.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and technical groups to resolve issues.
  • Provide advanced diagnostic support and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Perform high-level analysis for complex network system integrations.
  • Ensure successful configuration, development, and integration of network solutions.
