  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

MCSA certification

  1. Knowledge of any scripting language like powershell python etc.
  2. Knowledge of configuration management tool like Splunk Quest RMAD terraform etc.
  3. Knowledge of incident management problem management Change management on BMC remedy

Required Skills:

Support for 24/7/365 which basically monitors Windows and AD Infrastructure Alerts and take remedial actions within process defined in environment.

Project Work:

  1. Provision / Decommission Windows OS on Virtual machine or Physical standalone servers.
  2. DC Promotion/Demotion
  3. ADDS Migration
  4. Patching & Upgrades

Incident Management:

Respond & resolve tickets before SLA gets breached.

Infrastructure Downtime/Non-Downtime Maintenance contact email Update on call details.

Setup Blackouts and then take shutdown reboot of servers as & if required during maintenance work

Required Education: At least a Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.

Necessary Skills: Windows, Active Directory, Powershell
