Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our growing team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation that strategically communicates complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and the development team to create user-friendly and accurate technical documents that will be used by our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain user-friendly technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and help documents
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and convert it into easy-to-understand and engaging content
  • Conduct research and interviews to collect and analyze technical data, and translate it into clear and concise documentation for non-technical audiences
  • Review and edit technical documentation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure that documentation aligns with the brand and design standards
  • Ensure that documentation is properly organized, categorized, and easily accessible to end-users
  • Continuously update and improve existing technical documentation based on user feedback and industry standards
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to enhance the quality and effectiveness of technical documentation



Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software/IT industry
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and publishing tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, RoboHelp, or MadCap Flare
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • A portfolio of writing samples is required
