The Aviation Dispatcher reports to the Senior Manager and is responsible for scheduling and logistics support of company aircraft in accordance with company, manufactures and regulating authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Flight and crew scheduling.
  • Provide planning and logistical support to ensure trip execution.
  • Participate in the department Safety Management System.
  • Provide exceptional customer service for internal and external customers.
  • Operational data record keeping.
  • 365/24/7 operation - Available to work rotating on-call schedule (nights, weekends and holidays).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree and 3+ years’ experience domestic/international flight scheduling.
  • FAA Flight Dispatcher Certificate.
  • Experience with crew and aircraft scheduling platforms.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ experience domestic/international flight scheduling.
  • Experienced with Professional Flight Management Scheduling Program (PFM).
  • Highly skilled Dispatcher and Flight Coordinator with recent experience in a corporate flight department.

Related Work Experience

  • Experience coordinating and scheduling domestic/international flights for C-suite executives, ensuring seamless travel arrangements.
  • Customer service oriented, consistently providing top-tier support and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to switch gears on short notice and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities with ease.
  • Proven experience managing passport/visa applications and renewals.
  • Experienced in managing logistics coordination with supplemental lift providers.
