Multimedia Specialist Advisor

HOW A MULTIMEDIA SPECIALIST ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Recording, editing, and producing videos, photos, and multimedia products for the MTC Enterprise.
  • Develop multimedia enhancement to after-action review (AAR) products and video presentations that summarize and demonstrate how units train at MTC facility
  • Create fictional newscasts that are injected into exercises, using traditional news-gathering techniques, and shoot to a NewTek TriCaster video equipment in a small insert studio with green screen
  • Contribute to international military leadership conferences, integrate and coordinate with the co-host nations' teams, to write and produce documentary style videos
  • Design and develop multimedia applications, systems and products involving computer graphics and interactive computing
  • Incorporates software applications in multiple technology media systems, such as graphics, animation, text, and sound
  • Works with other branches to integrate into scenario/OE development to bring discoverable fidelity to backdrop OSINT products
  • Works from concept drawings, sketches, models, and/or written and verbal instructions
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
  • Perform other duties as required
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • Required Experience: 6+ years of related experience; military experience preferred; MTC experience preferred
  • Required Technical Skills: Expert knowledge in recording, editing, and producing videos, photos, and multimedia content and live capture; expert in the craft of video/photo capture, audio recording, graphic design, animation, and post-production editing; expert ability to craft storylines based on exercise narratives; strong ability to script a diverse range of technical and conceptual pieces; Conduct Key Leader Engagements, AAR enhancement, simulated news and documentaries; develop interactive training products compatible with SCORM compliant platforms
  • Security Clearance Level: SECRET clearance required
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; superb organizational skills; Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the preparation of multimedia products; Knowledge of and ability to use relevant software applications and systems.

The likely salary range for this position is $88,275 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
