• Lead the development and implementation of payment technology standards and ensures governance across various retail platforms and systems that will shape our future
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a unified vision for organizational, process, and technology changes
  
• Drive in-depth analysis, coordination, and negotiation with key decision makers.

Skills/Requirements:

• Advanced understanding of, and advanced proficiency in the foundational architectural concepts (design, business technology strategy, quality management, human dynamics, and IT environment).
  
• Advanced knowledge of coding fundamentals (Java, C#, .NET), technical, product and system architecture and agile software development practices
  
• Provides systems, applications, network, process, and policy advice to Technical and non-technical Team Members including Sr Leadership.
  
• Presents problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner.
  
• Collaborates with and may lead functional or cross functional projects and distributed teams.
  
• Guides and mentors others in resolving complex technical issues in specialized area based on existing solutions/procedures/systems.
  

Education & Experience:

• BA/BS degree and 10+ years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  
• 5+ years as a Technical Solution Architect or Technical Product Manager
  
• 3+ years experience developing retail technology solutions (checkout technologies preferred)
  
• AWS certified Solution Architect or Cloud Practitioner and experiences using S3, EC2, Lambda, Dynamo, SQS, SNS, Redshift, Glue and other services
