Purpose of Role


The Senior Financial Analyst, Global Supply Chain will be a key member of our team reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, Global Supply Chain. This position will own and drive key financial planning processes and provide visibility to results, trends, & KPI's. This role will also work closely with many VPs and other senior leaders within the Supply Chain Organization.

Your Impact

• Lead the Annual Financial Planning process by building a bottoms-up plan for SG&A and CapEx, working closely with the business heads and challenging their assumptions


• Own the analysis of monthly results and partner with budget owners in the business to ensure alignment


• Lead the monthly Finance Accountability Process - to review results, variances and full year forecasts with the head of the business and other members of the executive leadership team


• Partner closely with the Accounting team to manage month close process including booking journal entries


• Partner closely with Corporate FP&A team to manage all financial submissions for OpEx & CapEx - quarterly forecasts, opportunities & risks update, and 3yr strategic plan


• Support HR on headcount planning process


• Provide ad-hoc analytical and strategic support to the Senior Director of FP&A and other business leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required;Accounting or Finance preferred


• 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or Business Analysis


• Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, cash flow valuation, scenario/sensitivity analysis


• Experience with variance analysis required


• Strong team player with demonstrated ability to lead and influence others outside of their direct reporting lines


• Analytical thinker with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship building skills


• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and articulate ideas, results of financial analysis, and actionable recommendations


• Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to achieve optimal goals and improve existing processes.


• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, experience with SAP/ IBPf preferred

• Location:This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD


• Return to Work Designation:Three (3) days a week, the remainder of work week remote

Base Compensation

• $81,445.00 - $111,987.70USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
