A global financial services company is seeking a Trust and Estates Assistant on a temporary basis for their office in Chicago, IL.
Duration: 4 months
Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Responsibilities include:
Act as liaison for Trust and Estates and Operations Teams to obtain and redirect client instructions as appropriate.
Anticipate challenges and implement solutions in order to manage the expectations of the internal business partners for a positive client experience.
Strong aptitude to research client documentation to review documents.
Perform verification for work processed by team members to identify/resolve data issues.
Act as the escalation point for issues, which involves working with business partners to resolve inquires, investigate issues and develop a satisfactory response to the client s concerns.
Performing clerical duties filing and scanning documents
Researching statements utilizing microfiche machine
Requirements:
Former clerical experience or Bachelor's degree
