Project Manager Kraus Hi-Tech Home Automation, New York City Metropolitan Area (On-site)

We have an open position for a Project Manager who will Manage high end Automation projects for a refined, affluent clientele. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the contract-based budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

Work with a highly effective team of professional Salespeople, Engineers, and technicians.

Coordinate and execute the installation of the automation system

Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the scope, schedule, budget, and risk management strategies.

Work with client s professionals to coordinate any 3rd party work.

Manage the implementation of the project according to the plan, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

Track project performance, manage changes, and ensure that the project stays on track.

Qualifications

Experience of 5 years or more working as a project manager

Experience of 2 years or more in the AV/Automation industry

Control4, Lutron and Savant experience a plus

Must have valid NY driver s license.

Must be a team player with ability to take direction and multitask

Polite with experience working in a customer service environment

Must be reliable and able to complete task in allotted timeframe

Hours

8:00am to 4:30pm

Occasional overtime required
