My client is rapidly expanding and looking to bring on an experienced SailPoint Engineer to design, implement and configure SailPoint IIQ solutions.

They are looking to bring someone on for a 6 month contract, with a high likelihood of extension beyond a year.

The hourly rate is between $55 - $70 subject to experience, willingness to be onsite and quality of interview.

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of experience as an IAM SailPoint Engineer, specializing in the design, implementation, and management of SailPoint Identity Now solutions.
  • Extensive expertise in integrating SailPoint, Azure AD, ServiceNow, and API development for SailPoint functions.
  • Proven technical proficiency in IAM protocols, REST Web Services, SAML 2.0, OAuth, and Java API development.
  • 7+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • 5+ years hands-on with SailPoint (Identity Now or IIQ).
  • 3+ years of experience with CyberArk.
  • Skilled in integrating SailPoint, Azure AD, ServiceNow, and API development.
  • Deep knowledge of REST Web Services, SAML 2.0, OAuth, WS-Security, and other authentication/authorization protocols.
  • Strong understanding of IAM standards like SCIM, WS-Fed, SAML, OpenID Connect, and OAuth.
  • Proficient in Java, Bean Shell, and REST API development are strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in Active Directory (AD), LDAP, and directory services.
  • Strong background in Privileged Access Management (PAM), CyberArk strongly preferred.
  • Familiar with CI/CD processes and integration with IAM tools.
  • Experienced in Identity Lifecycle Management (JML) and Access Certification.
  • Adept at troubleshooting and resolving SailPoint platform issues and providing end-user technical support.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibility is to ensure the security and efficiency of the organization s IAM infrastructure.

  • SailPoint Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and configure SailPoint Identity Now or IIQ solutions to address the organization s IAM requirements.
  • Integration & Development: Integrate SailPoint, Azure AD, ServiceNow, and other applications using REST APIs to streamline operations.
  • API Development: Ensure smooth SailPoint functionality through API development and various integration methods.
  • Access Management: Collaborate with application teams to identify, aggregate, and correlate system user accounts with identity cubes in SailPoint.
  • Development & Troubleshooting: Develop, configure, test, and troubleshoot SailPoint modules, including lifecycle management, workflows, access certification, and integrations.
  • IAM Protocol Expertise: Apply IAM protocols like SAML, OAuth, SCIM, OpenID Connect, WS-Security, and Web Services to enhance security.
  • Custom Connector Development: Design, develop, and troubleshoot custom connectors for system and application integrations within SailPoint Identity Now.
  • Compliance & Audits: Perform regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with security policies, addressing any identified issues.
  • Documentation & Mentoring: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations, while mentoring junior team members in SailPoint technologies and best practices.
