Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 annually

As we expand our operations in the U.S., we are seeking a dynamic Country Manager to oversee all aspects of our American business, driving growth and operational excellence.

Position Overview: The country Manager will be responsible for overseeing the regional operations, including business development, operational efficiency, and sales strategy. Reporting directly to the global leadership team in China, the CM will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the U.S. business, fostering client relationships, and driving expansion within the market. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic oversight, operational expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the regional division, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to grow market share, expand into new regions, and build partnerships with key clients.
  • Sales Management: Lead sales teams to meet and exceed revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the division's P&L, budget planning, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.
  • Strategic Planning: Align U.S. operations with the overall global business strategy, setting short- and long-term goals.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team across operations, sales, and customer service.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and working closely with them to tailor solutions to their needs.
  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Coordinate with global teams in China to align U.S. operations with international standards and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with a strong focus on 3PL operations.
  • Proven track record in senior leadership roles with responsibility for business development, sales, and operational oversight.
  • Experience managing multi-location operations and large teams.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to navigate and work effectively in a global matrix organization.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (preferred but not required).
