We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This role will serve as a key liaison between management and employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR expertise and be adept at leveraging HR systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness in various HR functions.

Duties

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including FMLA.
  • Utilize HR systems such as SAP and PeopleSoft for data management and reporting.
  • Facilitate training development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Assist in succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Support contract negotiations and administration as needed.
  • Leverage Salesforce for tracking HR metrics and improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on recruiting, payroll, and employee development.
  • Familiarity with SAP, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations related to FMLA and employment practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required
