JOB LOCATION: Exton, PA

POSITION: BPAS Solution Architect

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. is seeking a BPAS Solution Architect with the following duties: Use various analytical IT processes and independent judgement to develop innovative solutions, execute enhancements, and resolve technical challenges to deliver consistent quality services to IT solutions and platforms; contribute to efforts in the technical planning, architecture development, and changes in specifications; contribute to Takeda's mission by leading the development and adoption of solutions that deliver business outcomes and drive innovation; define, document, and communicate enterprise and domain specific processes, applications, and data standards within areas of responsibility; act as a developer and administrator as needed in order to deliver low-code Office365 solutions in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 6 years of related experience. Required skills: Design Solution Architecture and Develop Business Automations using tools like Office365, SharePoint online, PowerPlatform and Azure cloud technologies (6 years); expertise in analyzing business problems, requirement gathering and analysis, documenting and solution design using Microsoft technologies (6 years); expertise in developing Technical Architecture and Automated end to end software life cycle of legacy modernization/transformation programs and projects includes planning, communication, execution of migrations, validation and audit log for future reference (5 years); design and develop business to business, business to consumer applications, and integration of various line of business applications to automate end to end business process (5 years); lead distributed teams across multiple geographies for successful delivery of IT service for various customers and played single point of contact for business and IT customers (6 years).

Full time. $148,000 to $197,100 per year. Competitive compensation and benefits.

$149,100.00 - $255,600.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained , certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
