We are seeking a Training Expert Consultant to support our client's Change Management team in designing and delivering a tailored training program. This fully remote role involves creating a comprehensive training plan and curriculum for up to 10 key personas, along with developing a Training Methods & Systems Playbook. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing training strategies, excellent PowerPoint skills, and the ability to customize content for diverse user groups. responsibilities:

• Training Plan & Curriculum Development:
  

  Create a detailed training plan and curriculum (PowerPoint format) for up to 10 unique personas selected by the client. This will involve understanding each persona's needs and designing a curriculum that addresses their specific role in the change management process.

  
  
  
• Training Methods & Systems Playbook Creation:
  

  Develop a comprehensive Training Methods & Systems Playbook in PowerPoint format. This playbook will document best practices, methods, and systems to support the client's change management efforts.

  
  
  
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  

  Work closely with the client's Change Management team to ensure the training materials and playbooks align with the overall change strategy and organizational goals.

  
  
  
• Content Customization:
  

  Tailor training content and methods to fit the learning styles and preferences of different user groups within the organization.

  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing and delivering training plans and curriculums for large organizations.
• Expertise in developing training methods and systems playbooks.
• Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience working in change management environments, particularly in fast-paced industries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
