Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute large-scale events including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and corporate gatherings
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and detailed production schedules
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all logistics are handled efficiently
- Lead event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are executed according to plan
- Oversee the event staff, providing guidance and leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with the marketing team to align event promotion strategies and enhance brand visibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and addressing their needs throughout the event planning process
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations at all events
- Conduct post-event evaluations, collecting feedback and analyzing performance to continually improve event quality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
