Job Details

Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code to enhance the functionality of our existing applications and platforms.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features/enhancements.
3. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve code quality and performance.
4. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle from initial concept, through design, development, testing, and deployment.
5. Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality software releases every Sprint.
6. Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Must Haves:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field or relevant experience.
2. 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on C++ programming.
3. Proven experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
4. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and principles.
5. Familiarity with continuous integration, unit testing, and automated testing.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for complex troubleshooting.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
