Salary: $87,375.00 - $104,850.00 (plus quarterly bonus of 12.5%)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Manager / Plant Engineer to oversee our maintenance department and ensure the reliability of plant equipment. This role involves implementing and maintaining a reliability-centered maintenance process to drive machine uptime and reduce operational costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead safety initiatives to prevent injuries and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Champion the Maintenance Excellence process to enhance equipment performance and plant conditions
  • Manage maintenance personnel, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and receive appropriate training
  • Scope and execute capital projects, participating in annual budgeting and managing departmental spending
  • Utilize reliability tools for failure analysis, identifying root causes and implementing countermeasures
  • Collaborate as a key member of the plant leadership team to drive process improvements and set performance standards

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience leading a plant maintenance department in an industrial manufacturing environment, or 5+ years of supervisory experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Preferred experience with CMMS, TPM, or Reliability-focused methodologies
  • Strong understanding of OSHA requirements and a commitment to safety
  • Proficient in Root Cause Analysis techniques and process optimization
